For more than fifteen years I have led UX and product strategy in complex, high-stakes fields: healthcare, life sciences, education, and safety. The domain changes. The goal does not. Whether it is a clinical trial system or an emergency platform for schools, I turn complexity into something people can trust and use under pressure.
 

Today I am Director of User Experience and Product at Navigate360, where I lead a team of nine and unified more than ten acquired products into one trusted platform. I redesigned an Emergency Management System now used in over 25,000 schools, raising usability scores 30% and reducing emergency response times. I brought the product suite to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and cut critical accessibility tickets by roughly half.
 

Before Navigate360, I designed oncology clinical trial systems, a regulated overdraft redesign at USAA, a clinical communication platform used in more than 100 hospitals, and care coordination tools serving over 2 million members at Optum.
