​Harken Health, a startup backed by United Healthcare, was a new kind of healthcare company that unites relationship-based primary care with a range of competitively priced insurance plan options. As part of a team, I helped run multiple innovation workshops in order to understand the problem we were trying to solve fully. Our research and testing led to high-fidelity designs of the final product.
