Founded by a group of experts in the staffing industry, ReferAssured is an automated reference-checking application. I had the honor of working as a UX consultant on this Bullhorn-backed venture. Through my role as a UX consultant, I was able to conduct user interviews to identify opportunities within the application design. I also recommended best practices for creating a more effective user experience, and assisted with testing and defining the final application user interface.
